The cleaning and tidying services of the accommodation units, as well as the changing of towels and bed linen, occur whenever there is a change of guest and, at least, once a week, whenever the stay is longer than seven consecutive nights, unless the guest and the establishment agree on another form of cleaning and changing of linen, which also guarantees the appropriate hygiene and cleaning conditions, in the case of a single reservation of the accommodation and full occupation of the capacity by a group or family > Artigo nº4, alínea 2, Portaria Nº262/2020 de 06 Novembro (Portugal).

When you start experience maximum stops to charge (when included):
– half-day to 04 days – up to 3 stops
– 05 to 06 days – up to 4 stops
– 07 to 08 days – up to 5 stops
– 09 and more – up to 6 stops

Respecting these steps, we reconcile duration of the experiences with the distance from departure place:
– half-day, full day & 01 day – up to 300kms
– 02 to 04 days – up to 500kms
– 05 to 06 days – up to 1500kms
– 07 to 08 days – up to 3000kms
– 09 to 11 days – up to 7000kms
– 12 to 17 days – up to 15000kms
– 18 days or more – More than 15000kms

When food included on experience, maximum time to eat:
Lunch or dinner > up to 90min.
Tematic food with show > up to 180min.
Special event (New year…) > up to 360min.

Sharing room is more economical and sustainable:
Are you travelling alone or are there 3 people??
We do not use triple rooms due to lack of comfort and to avoid paying a SINGLE supplement.:
DOUBLE SHARE > double room, for 2 guests of the same gender (man/man or woman/woman)

01 – Airway: We use this route to reach our destination or travel to an island or distant location, without carrying out any type of activity involving the use of a motor by air.

02 – Landway: We use this route to get to our destination and get around during our visits. We do not carry out any type of activity involving the use of motors on land in the middle of nature (paths), preserving as much as possible the pure air and tranquility of natural places!

03 – Waterway: We use this route to reach our destination or travel to the other side of river or to go to another island, without carrying out any type of activity involving the use of a motor on the waterway.

Here are some tips to better understand the steps to follow when booking experiences:

  3. Click on destination you want to explore

  3. Payment by %: 20% deposit (to Vakanzes when you place order) & 80% (to supplier until X days before starting or directly at destination)
  4. Payment by fix: for appointments like culinary/food type, pay a fix deposit to book your place and pay the rest directly at destination

  3. Receive confirmation email on mailbox use at checkout page (always write main guest email, to receive reminders)
  1. After approved review on experience page, 1% cashback/points (for reviews up to 5 days after the end of experience. For 6 and more days, no cashback/points)
  2. After reviews time, 2% cashback/points, available on your dashboard, up to 5 working days after the end of your experience date (NO VALIDITY). For guests who respect eco-friendly distance from home > READ HOW IT WORKS
  3. We send cashback/points for reviews at the same time of previous point (2)
  4. For guests with more than 3 completed orders on same year, 2% cashback/points
  5. We actualize & send cashback/points for 3 first orders after 4th order completed. Each new order (4,5,6…) on same year always have +2%
  6. Cashback/points is for 20% or fix amount paid directly to Vakanzes at first payment (if you pay the rest of 80% or any other amount to Vakanzes, cashback/points are not applicable)
  7. We send cashback/points for full euros 1point = 1€ (ex.: 11.5 points = 11€)
  8. Up to 5% cashback to spend on experiences!
